Update...

Contacted Kiabab Ranger District. They expect the area to remain closed to access for quite a while and are not expecting to lift the restrictions during our time frame. The roads that make up the Fuller Fire restriction boundary are also off-limits, so we will not be able to access planned destination on Thursday of Friday. So, we do need a plan B.

On the bright side, there are currently NO fire restriction in the Kiabab National Forest, so we can have a campfire!
